Welcome to Seasonsmile. By using seasonsmile.com and our services you accept these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before engaging in workshops or purchases.
- Services are provided subject to availability and studio booking terms.
- Workshop schedules, materials and fees may change; we will notify registered participants.
- Bookings and payments are subject to our booking policy and refunds section below.
Australian Consumer Law & Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights are not limited by our policies. Summary:
Bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before a workshop for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, a credit may be offered at Seasonsmile's discretion unless a consumer guarantee applies.
- Online workshops: refunds within 14 days where applicable.
- Gift vouchers: non-refundable but transferable per terms.
If goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
We may cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will offer alternatives or full refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content on seasonsmile.com — text, images, workshop materials, and designs — is owned by Seasonsmile or used under licence.
Permitted personal use only. Commercial reuse or reproduction requires written permission.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve issues promptly. To make a complaint, please provide details and evidence where possible. We'll acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 20 business days.
